William Painter Obituary

William "Buddy" Painter, 70, of Jodie, WV entered into rest on May 10,2015 at Hubbard Hospice House, Charleston.

William was born on March 31,1945 in Summersville, WV He was the son of the late Clayton Painter and Gladys(Brewer) Painter. William was also proceded in death by a son, Chad E. Painter and two grandsons.

He is survived by his loving wife Phyllis L. (Hess) Painter; Sons, William A. Painter II (Lisa) of Newark, OH. and Shawn Painter (Felicia) of Jodie, WV. Four Grandchildren; Brother Ralph Painter (Carol) of Port Orange, FL.; and various nieces and nephews.

William was a member of Jodie Baptist Church and was a retired Truck Driver.

Funeral Services will be held at 1 P.M. Wednesday, May 13, at Pennington Funeral Home, Gauley Bridge, with Rev. Daniel Sears and Rev. Dennis Preast officiating. Burial will follow in the Rich Creek Cemetery.

The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
