Wayne Douglas Kincaid

Wayne Douglas Kincaid, 80, of Dixie, WV, passed away May 18, 2024. Wayne was born on May 18, 1944, in Montgomery, WV., to the late Granville Ray and Mildred Martha Workman.

He was a graduate of Nichols County High School and was a retired coal miner where he was a shuttle car operator. He was a Army veteran and a member of the UMWA.

Wayne is survived by his daughters, Julie Evans and husband Fred of Dixie and Sherri Bennett and husband Tony of Kimberly, WV; one brother, Bob Kincaid of Beckley; three sisters, Diana Brown of Las Vegas, N.V., Sandra Bird of Fayetteville, Elizabeth Nichols of Fayetteville, and 4 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.

Wayne was preceded in death by his wife, Judy Carol Alley Kincaid and a son Wayne Douglas Kincaid Jr.

Service will be held Thursday May 23, 2024, at 12:00 noon at the Restlawn Memory Gardens Mausoleum Chapel, Victor, WV., with Pastor Blenda Evans officiating. Entombment will follow.
