It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Thomas Leroy Lowery II, age 22, who entered into rest on November 20, 2024. Thomas was born to Fonda Sparks and Thomas Lowery and was a beloved son, brother, and friend.
Thomas grew up in a loving home where he was cherished by his family, including his brothers, Jeffrey and Steven Lowery. He attended Clay County High School, where he not only excelled academically but also developed a passion for mechanics and agriculture. Thomas was a proud member of the Future Farmers of America (FFA), where his enthusiasm for farming and hands-on work flourished.
After high school, Thomas pursued his passion for mechanics and worked at Brown's Service Center, where he was known for his skill, dedication, and positive attitude. He was deeply respected by his coworkers and customers alike, always going above and beyond in everything he did.
Thomas had a generous heart and a kind spirit, and his presence brightened the lives of everyone he met. Whether spending time with family, working on vehicles, or sharing a laugh with friends, Thomas was always ready to lend a hand and bring joy to those around him.
He leaves behind his parents, Fonda Sparks and Thomas Lowery; his brothers, Jeffrey Lowery and Steven Lowery; as well as a host of extended family, friends, and coworkers who will miss him dearly.
Thomas will be forever remembered for his warmth, his love of life, and his dedication to those he cared about. May his soul rest in peace.
