Thelma (Keith) Neal

Thelma (Keith) Neal, 89 of Gauley Bridge passed away on Wednesday, November 22, 2023, at Thomas Memorial Hospital after a short illness.

Born July 15, 1934, in Lockwood, WV. She was the daughter of the late Robert and Pribble Keith. Thelma was also preceded in death by her husband, Don Neal; sister, Rachel Blanchard; son, Larry (Louie) Neal and daughter, Donna Neal.

Thelma was a Field Representative for the Census Bureau.

She is survived by her grandchildren, Donald Taylor of Winfield, Daniel (Diana) Neal of Dunbar, Amy (Wesley) Armstrong of Apple Grove; great grandchildren, Ellie and Josephine Armstrong of Apple Grove; nephew, Rick Blanchard of Madisonville, KY.

Service will be Tuesday, November 28, 2023, 1:00 pm in the Mausoleum Chapel at Restlawn Memory Gardens, Victory, WV, with Pastor Shane Wynn officiating. Friends may call one hour prior to the service at the Mausoleum Chapel.
