Roxsanna E Pence, 53, of Belva, died August 30, 2020.
Born September 16, 1966, she was the daughter of David and Mary (Heater) Roberts. She was preceded in death by her mother and her husband, Brian Pence.
Roxsanna is survived by her daughter, Tekala Roberts, her brother David Roberts, Jr., and her grandchildren, Evelyn Roberts, Emmalyne, Christopher, an adopted grandson Timmothy Scott; and grandmother, Evelyn Proctor.
Per her request, Roxsanna will be cremated and a memorial service will be held at a later date.
