Robert G Koch, SR.

Robert G. Koch, Sr, 74, of Ansted, WV, entered into rest on October 24, 2015, at Plateau Medical Center in Oak Hill, WV. 

 Born on July 30, 1941, he was the son of the late James H. and Mabel E. (Welch) Koch.  In addition to his parents, Robert was also peceded in death by his wife, Carolyn Koch.

Robert was a self employed carpenter and attended Church Of God of Prophecy, Victor, WV.

Robert is survived by his sons, Robert G. Koch, David A. Koch and Danny L. Koch, all of Ansted; daughters; Carol B. Taylor of Ansted and Robonda L. Proskin of Oak Hill; brothers, Clayton Koch and Orville Koch of Texas, Tex Koch of Victor and  Michael Koch of Charleston; sister, Alice May of Clifftop, WV; 13 grandchildren and 26 great-grandchildren.

Funeral service will be 2 PM, Wednesday, October 28, 2015, at Pennington Funeral Home, Gauley Bridge, WV, with Minister Michael Koch officiating.. Entombment will follow in Restlawn Memory Gardens Victor, WV .

Friends may call one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
