Rita Skaggs Obituary
Rita F. Skaggs, 88, of Beach City, Ohio, formerly of Jodie, passed away Sunday, July 3, 2016.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Benton Dolver and Daisy Lee Boles Simpson; husband, James Harry Skaggs; one brother; and one sister.
Rite is survived by her son, James (Janistine) Skaggs of Corbin, Kentucky; daughter, Diana (Maynard) Cottrell of Beach City, Ohio; many grandchildren; and great-grandchildren.
Graveside service will be held 11:00 a.m. Friday, July 8, 2016 at Montgomery Memorial Park, Kanawha County.
Friends may call from 7:00 to 9:00 P.M. Thursday, July 7, at Pennington Funeral Home, Gauley Bridge.
