Ralph Scott Miller

Ralph Scott Miller of Dixie, WV, lost his 10-year battle with cancer on

September 1. 2023, in Raleigh General Hospital, Beckley, WV.

Born November 7, 1956, in Winchester, KY.  He was the son of the late Cleve and Lola Amburgy Miller. In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by one brother Gene and son, Brian Scott Miller.

Ralph was employed as a mechanic for GCR Tires and Services in Charleston, WV. 

He leaves behind his wife of 30 years, Rose Mary Shamblin Miller, one brother, Charles Miller of Winchester, KY, daughter of Laura Webb and two grandchildren, Breanna and Brandon and a stepdaughter Kelly Vickers and husband Carey, step grandsons, Nick Bainbridge of Gauley Bridge and Dustin Bainbridge of Loganville, Georgia, great granddaughter, Athenia of Fayetteville, WV and a bunch of work buddies he cared for so much for.

Visitation only will be September 6, 2023, at Pennington Smith Funeral Home from 6-8 PM.
