Peggy Lynn (Jones) Nichols

Peggy Lynn (Jones) Nichols, 61, a lifelong resident of Jodie went home to be with the Lord on July 22, 2024.

Peggy was born on October 11, 1962, to the late Lewis Wilford and Ruth Ann (Horrocks) Jones of Jodie. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her loving husband of 30 years, Daniel (Whitey) Nichols and son Jesse Franklin Nichols.

Peggy was a homemaker and loving mother to her 3 surviving children, Brian Daniel Nichols, Jeremy Warden Nichols and Erlene Noel Nichols of Jodie; brothers, Jimmy (Nancy) Jones of Jodie, Robert (Tammy) Jones of Adonijah; sisters, Tammy (Randy) Miles of Alta, Rita (James) Hanshaw of Twenty mile and Anita (Rodney) Cecil of Dunbar. Also, many nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held at 12:00 pm on Saturday, August 3, 2024, at Brownsville Holiness Church, Alta, WV with Pastor Nathan Johnson officiating.
