Patsy Ann Horrocks (75), born on February 20, 1951, in Clay WV was sent to her eternal home on May 25, 2026, peacefully alongside her loving family. Patsy was preceded in death by her parents, Sherman and Pearl Mullins. The love of her life Kenneth Horrocks of 56 years. Sister: Shirley Houk. Brothers: Dale and Dencil Mullins. And her loving granddaughter Chelsie Horrocks.
Patsy is survived by her children: Michael (Julie) Horrocks of Dog Run WV, David (Chassity) Horrocks of Fayetteville WV, Tommy (Danielle) Horrocks of Dixie WV, and Christal (Eric) Brown of Bentree WV. Grandchildren: Zachary (Brooklyn) Horrocks, Katelyn (Collin) Carte, Makayla (Austin) Lanham, Alexa Horrocks, Landon Brown, Makenna Brown, Jordan Horrocks, and Jackson Young. Great Grandchildren: Oaklynn and Mylee Lanham, Wrenlee Horrocks, Emery Carte, and 2 more on the way. Sisters: Sue (Jim) Dawson, Nancy Neff, and Connie Preast. Brothers: Jack Mullins and Joe Mullins. Very special nieces and nephew who were like her own grandchildren, Amanda Preast, Kim Auth, and Dylan (Kaitlyn), Maycey, Mia, and Mallory Preast.
Patsy was a homemaker and a retired business owner of K&P Trucking. She was a kind and selfless soul who touched the lives of everyone fortunate enough to know her. She left behind a legacy of kindness and unconditional love that will continue to live in the hearts of her family. She was a member of the Bell Creek Baptist Church. She lived her life as a quiet but powerful testimony of faith, devotion, and service. Her love for the Lord was evident in everything she did, from her unwavering faithfulness to the church to the gentle way she shared her testimony with others. She guided her grandchildren with that same loving devotion. Her legacy of faith continues in the hearts of all who were blessed to know her, a light will guide her loved one for years to come.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM on Thursday May 28, 2026, at Bell Creek Baptist Church, with a visitation one hour prior from 12:00-1:00 PM. Burial will follow at Restlawn Memory Gardens in Victor, WV. Services will be officiated by Shane Wynn.
