Opal Workman Obituary

Opal Workman, 85 of Swiss, died Friday, January 18, 2013 at Select Specialty, St. Frances Hospital. She was born September 27, 1927 to the late Paul Lawrence and Beatrice Morton Truman. In addition to her parents she was also preceded in death by her husband, Francis William Workman.
She was a retired Laborer for the Hoy Osborne Sawmill Company.
She is survived by her sons, Michael Workman of Wellston, OH; William Workman of Swiss; Bruce Workman of Lockwood; Roy Workman of Bell Creek; Roger Truman of Jodie; daughters, Julia Pritt of Gilboa; Becky Hill of Bell Creek; sister, Lucille McSorley of LaPlata, MD; numerous, Grandchildren; Great-Grandchildren and Great-Great-Grandchildren.
Graveside services will be 1:00 PM, Sunday, January 20, 2013 at Sunset Cemetery, Bickmore, with Minister David Bounds officiating. Burial will immediately follow. Pennington Funeral Home, Gauley Bridge is in charge of the arrangements.
