Maggie Kratz Obituary
Maggie Mary Woodson Kratz, 94 of Glen Ferris, passed away Monday, June 13, 2011 at Montgomery General Hospital.
She was born December 25, 1916 to the late James and Annie Hicks. In addition to her parents,
she was also preceded in death by her husbands, Houston Hankins Woodson and George B. Kratz, and daughter, Patsy Sizemore.
She was a member of the Boomer Baptist Church and a homemaker.
She is survived by her daughters and sons-in-law, Corrine and Bob Cooper of Beckley, WV,
Virginia Woodson of Mooresville, NC, Shelvy and Tom Carpenter of Falls View, and
Nancy and Larry Strickland of Falls View; son and daughter-in-law, Hank and Glenda Woodson of Charlton Heights;
step-daughter, Sandra Harless of Elkview; special son-in-law, Gary Sizemore of Charlton Heights and numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-granchildren.
Graveside services and burial will be private on Thursday, June 16, 2011 at Montgomery Memorial Park, London,
with Pastor James Neeson officiating.
Friends may call from 6:00 - 8:00 PM on Wednesday, June 15, 2011 at the Pennington Funeral Home Chapel.
