Lisa A. Spaulding, born October 13, 1965, of Swiss WV went home to be with the Lord on August 21, 2024 after a long illness. She was preceded in death by her parents Earl and Marshalene Nichols and her brother Danny (Whitey) Nichols.
She is survived by her husband of 36 years, Jeromie (Jerry) Spaulding of Swiss, daughter Tara (Ryan) Adkins of Drennen and sons Jonathan (Micah) of Summersville and Benjamin of Swiss, grandchildren; Kolton, Emma, Noah, Avery and Sophie Johnston of Drennen. brothers; Todd (Mary) Nichols of Rock Camp, Glen (Brenda) Nichols of Belva, Steve (Tina) Nichols of Mount Olive and sisters; Christine Holstein of Swiss and Rita (Tim) Estep of Jodie. She had several nieces and nephews whom she loved dearly.
She was a member of Brownsville Holiness Church. She gave her heart to the Lord at a homecoming church service in 1995 and devoted her life to serving the Lord. She was a member of The Nichols Gospel Trio with her mother Marshalene Nichols and sister Rita Estep. She was loved and will be missed by all who knew her.
Funeral Service for Lisa will be held at 1:00 pm on Sunday, August. 25, 2024, at Brownsville Holiness Church, 2177 Gauley River Road, Gauley Bridge, WV, with a one-hour visitation from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm for family and friends. With Pastor Nathan Johnson officiating, Burial will follow at Restlawn Memory Gardens, Victor, WV.
