Jo Ann Collins

Jo Ann Cole Collins, 74, of Montgomery, WV, departed this life peacefully on December 13, 2016 at the Golden Living Center in Glasgow, WV.

Jo Ann was born on June 28, 1942 to the late Carmel and Mildred Cole of Cain Branch, WV. In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her sisters: Jeanie Barker Of Price, Utah and Bonnie Gray of Gauley Bridge.

Left to cherish her memories is the love of her life for 43 years: Bobby Collins, SR.; which she married March 19, 1973. Her children Amy Bennett and son-in-law Scott Bennett of Boomer and son Bobby Collins Jr. of Maryland; brother: Thomas Cole of Smithers; sisters: Alice Lacey of Andover, OH, and Barbara Cole of Smithers, WV; grandchildren: Austin Bennett, Brittany Bennett, Lesley Harrah and Mary-Ann Collins.

Mrs. Collins’ Family would like to thank her Golden Living family for all the wonderful care and friendships she made while living there.

Services will be held 1:00 P.M. Monday, December 19, 2016 at Pennington Funeral Home, Gauley Bridge, WV. With Minister Jason Skaggs officiating. Burial will follow in the Kanawha Valley Memorial Park, Glasgow, WV.

Friends may gather with the family one hour prior to service.

In lieu of flowers the family request to send Monetary donations to help with final expenses. Which can be given to Pennington Funeral Home.
