Jerry Butcher Obituary
Jerry Lou Butcher, 58, of Dille, entered into rest July 18, 2006.
Born on August 20, 1947, in Charleston, WV, he was the son of the Delbert Scott and Cleo Mae Harper Butcher.
He was a coal miner for Island Creek Coal Company, and a Vietnam Army veteran.
He is survived by his wife, Judy Butcher of Dille; sons, Jeremy Butcher of Lillington, NC and Larry Nelson of Duck; daughters, Kathryn Sue Nelson and Sandra Lawson, both of Dille and Teresa Belt of Widen; 3 brothers; 2 sisters; 7 grandchildren, Jennie Smith, Alicia Nelson, Andrew Nelson, Erin Nelson, Jerry Nelson, Travis Belt, and Dustin Belt.
A Memorial Service will be held from 12 noon til l pm Friday, July 21, 2006, at Carl Wilson Funeral Home, Clay, with Minister Danny Richardson officiating.
