James Bowling Nichols

James Bowling Nichols, 67 of Lizemores, passed away on April 13, 2015 at Holy Family Hospice, Cleveland, OH.

Born on May 1, 1947, in Quincy, he was the son of the late James Harem Bowling Nichols and Garnett Louise (Perrnell) Nichols of Lizemores.  He was a US Army Veteran and served in Vietnam. He was also a retired coal miner.

In addition to his mother, he is survived by his son, James Bowling Nichols, Jr. of Charleston; brothers, Lambert Franklin Nichols (Wilma) of Indiana, and Larry Warden Nichols of Parkersburg; sister, Garnett Jean Lucas (Everett Leroy) of NC; special nephew, Christopher A. Nichols of Lizemores and several nieces.

Graveside service will be 11 a.m., Friday, April 17, 2015 at Restlawn Memory Gardens, Victor, WV, with Reverend Jadie Morris officiating.
