Eva Childers Obituary
Eva Stewart Childers, 86, of Belva, entered into rest Saturday, September 3, 2016.
Born on May 13, 1930, she was the daughter of the late James Madison Stewart and Jane Adkins. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband, George Henry Childers.
She is survived by daughters, Carolyn (Dallas) Mills of Richmond, VA, Linda (Bill) Cobb of Belva, and Diane (Jim) Reed of Charlton Heights; sister, Roxie Nichols of Albion NY; grandchildren, Jennifer (Bobby) Goodrich of LaPaz, Mexico, Chris (Nickie) Kelly of Mt. Nebo, Stephanie (Tom) Oxley of Roanoke, VA., Heather (Gary) Fauber of Beckley, and Andy (Anita) Reed of Charleston; 15 great -grandchildren; and one great -great- grandchild.
Services will be held 1:00 PM Thursday, September 8, 2016 at Pennington Funeral Home, Gauley Bridge, with Minister Dallas Mills officiating. Burial will follow in the Vencill Cemetery, Dixie, WV.
