Elizabeth Joan Queen Obituary
Elizabeth Joan Adkins Queen, 54, of Gauley Bridge passed away Thursday, October 16, 2014 at CAMC Memorial Hospital.
She was preceded in death by her sister, Carla “Sis” Adkins, “Uncle” Jim Childers and cousin, Jimmy Childers.
She is survived by her husband, Danny; mother, Ethel Adkins; sisters, Trudy Childers, Jeanie Shamblin and Valorie Adkins; as well as a several nieces and nephews.
Service will be 1 PM Monday, October 20, 2014, with her cousin, James Adkins officiating. Burial will follow at Hill Cemetery, Belva, WV.
Family will receive friends 2 hours prior to the service.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations in her memory to The American Cancer Society.
