David Leon Sullivan, 64, of Jodie entered into rest Saturday, June 3, 2017.
Born December 31, 1952, in Selma, North Carolina, he was the son of the late Herbert and Leah (Derr) Sullivan. In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by his brothers, Johnny and Wayne Sullivan; sister, Joan Davis and nephew, Billy Sullivan.
David is survived by his wife, Zelma (Mullins) Sullivan of Jodie; son, A.J. Mullins of Jodie, daughters, Carrie Truman, Tasha Mullins Truman both of Jodie, Amanda Kinser of Mt. Lookout; brother, Wade Sullivan; sisters, Linda Horton of Selma, North Carolina and Rita Ellington, Clayton, North Carolina; three grandsons, Shane, Nathan and Zach Truman and two granddaughters, Adrianna and Eliza Truman; numerous nieces and nephews.
A memory service will be held 6:00 P.M. Tuesday, June 6, 2017, at Jodie Baptist Church, Jodie with Minister Jason Skaggs officiating.
Friends may gather with family one hour prior to the service at the church.
