Daisy Mae (Keenan) Arthur

Daisy Mae (Keenan) Arthur, 77, of Twenty Mile died Friday, September 12, 2014 at Ansted Center in Ansted. 

She was born November 16, 1936 in Cannelton, WV to the late Lionel and Tressie (Holcomb) Keenan.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Clemmer DeWitt Arthur; daughter, Tressie Francis Arthur; grandson Ryan Arthur; great-grandson Baby Ryan Arthur; two brothers and one sister. 

She was a member of the Dixie First Baptist Church.

Daisy is survived by her children, Debbie Dawson and companion Danny Halstead of Duck, Leona Jo Hanshaw and husband, Haymond of Lookout, Mark Arthur and wife, Becky of Alta, Randall Arthur and wife, Terri of Twenty Mile, April Blankenship and husband, Paul of Summersville, Golden Adkins and husband, Earl of Scarbrough, and Spring Arthur and companion Bruce Halstead of Boone County; three sisters; one brother; 21 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.

Funeral services will be 2:00PM Monday, September 15, 2014 at the Pennington Funeral Home, Gauley Bridge with Pastor Arvin Hanshaw officiating. Burial will follow in the Restlawn Memory Gardens, Victor. Friends may call one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
