Carey (Sizemore) Smith

Carey Sizemore Smith ,51, passed away at Cabell-Huntington Hospital December 18,2025 after a short illness.

Carey is preceded in death. By her father David P. Sizemore; Her grandparents: Lois /Carl Wilson; Laura Jane/ RT Sizemore; Mother/ Father -in-law: Twila/Roger Smith

Carey graduated from Fayetteville High School and went on to become a Beautician. She worked in several continuous care facilities in the area.

Carey enjoyed helping her clients and thought highly of them.

She will be deeply missed by her husband: Dustin T. Smith; her daughters; Emily McComiskey and Devlin Smith; son: Wilson McComiskey; mother: Janet Workman; father: Father Jefferson Workman; brothers: Anthony (Jerilea) Sizemore; Jason (Toni) Workman; Mikell /Ashley) Workman. Many aunts, uncles and cousins will also miss Carey.

Carey will be cremated, and a celebration of her life is being planned to occur around her birthday April 1.
