Buddy "Bud" Euel Thorne

Buddy "Bud" Euel Thorne, 74 of Ivydale, WV entered into rest on Friday May 6, 2011 at Hubbard Hospice House in Charleston, WV.
Bud was the son of the late Herbert and Mae Thorne. He was a retired construction worker and dozer operator.
Bud was a member and Sunday school teacher of the Ottervale Advent Christian Church.
He is survived by his wife of 55yrs, Phyllis J. Tanner Thorne of Ivydale, WV.
His sons and daughters-in-law, Howard and Rachel of Ivydale, Eric "John Boy" and Maria of Ivydale, Erwin "Cooter" also of Ivydale.
His daughters and sons-in-law, Kim and Frank Childers of Glen, WV, Jill and Bobby Caruthers of Ivydale, Lesha and Gary Butcher of Ivydale,
Angie Stewart of Charleston, Melissa and Dana Michaels of Gandeeville, WV.
Bud is also survived by one sister Ora Nell Nichols of Spencer, WV, and
by 17 grandchildren and 3 Great-grandchildren.
Funeral Service will be held Tuesday May 10, 2011 beginning at 1:00 PM
At the Wilson Shamblin Smith Funeral Home Chapel Clay, WV.
With the Ministers Gene Copen and Rick Sams officiating.
Burial will follow at the Coen Cemetery Calhoun County.
