Billy Foster Obituary
Billy Jack Foster, 82, of Belva, died August 22, 2020.
Born August 15, 1938, he was the son of the late Lewis and Lydia (Keith) Foster.
In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by his wife Louella, son, Billy Joe Hersh and his daughter, Mona Lisa Milam.
Billy is survived by his children, Andy (Kathy) Foster of Bickmore, Jane (Randy) Harvey of Belva, John (Norma) Hersh of Belva, Cathy Thurm of Montgomery, Richard Hersh of Montgomery; and sister Pearl Brown of Belva; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
A graveside service will be 1 pm Tuesday, August 25, 2020, at the Hersh-Foster Cemetery, Twenty Mile Road, Belva, WV with Lee Swor officiating.
