Jimmy R. Schoonover of Clay entered into rest February 24, 2006, at his home.
He was a retired employee of Elkem Metals, and a member of Hartland Community Church.
Survivors include his wife, Hortense Osborne Schoonover of Clay; sons, Sammy, and his wife, Donna, of Danville, VA, Randy of Clay, and his special friend, Nancy, of Montgomery, and Marty, and his wife, Patty, of Bickmore; 8 grandchildren, and 6 great-grandchildren.
Funeral service will be 11 am Tuesday, February 28, 2006, at Carl Wilson Funeral Home, Clay, with Minister Jeremy Holcomb officiating. Burial will follow in Clay Memorial Gardens, Clay.
Friends may call from 6 to 9 pm Monday at Carl Wilson Funeral Home.
