David Chilton Loving, 77, of Clay, entered into rest on June 28, 2005, at Summersville Memorial Hospital.
He was born on July 30, 1927, son of the late James and Rosie Loving. In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by his wife, Evelyn Loving.
He was a retired millwright from Elk River Coal and Lumber Company.
Survivors include his sons, James Loving of Clay and Jackie Loving of Dille; daughters, Ellen Lambey of Ivydale and Christine McCune of Indore; 9 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren.
Graveside service will be 11 am Saturday, July 2, 2005, at the Loving Cemetery, Harrison, with Minister Wayne Litton officiating.
Friends may call from 6 to 8 pm on Friday at the funeral home.
