Mae June Jarvis, Eagle

Mae June Jarvis, Eagle, 84, formerly of Widen, Clay County, went to be with the Lord Friday March 18, 2005 at Laurel Nursing Center, Ivydale, WV, after an extended illness. Her family and many friends, referred to her as Mamaw Mae.
Born Dec. 16,1920 at Dingy, in Braxton County, she resided in Widen and the surrounding area for many years before moving to Lodi, Ohio, where she worked as a screw machine operator.
Surviving her are Brothers; Donval of Akron, OH, and Bude of Cedar Grove, WV. Sister; Ella Braley Legg of Summersville, WV.
Daughters and Son-in-Laws; Reba and Earl Given of Summersville, WV, Barbara and Jim Ward of Ivydale, WV. Sonja Eagle of Austin, TX.
Sons and Daughter-in-Laws; Leonard and Sandy Eagle of Parma, OH. Gary and Candi Eagle of El Paso, TX.
14 Grandchildren, 23 Great Grandchildren and 3 Great-Great-Grandchildren.
Graveside Service will be Monday, March 21, 2005 beginning at 3:00 PM
At the Jarvis Cemetery, Strange Creek, WV.
Arrangements by: Wilson Funeral Home, Clay, WV, with the Minister Jim Adkins officiating.
Mae was a loving mother and grandmother. She was a member of Truth Baptist Church in West Salem, Ohio and a dedicated Christian for many years. She will be greatly missed by family and friends.
